Unfortunately our service email was hacked a few weeks ago and a lot of spam emails were sent from our server in one day. Therefore the service email has been blocked at some providers (e.g. Gmail/google).
We now have a new email to send automatic confirmations: email@example.com. Hence the confirmations now come. All pending confirmations will now work out bit by bit.
