Today we are starting our journey into the program of Summer Evolution. In the next weeks we will slowly reveal all of the juicy offerings we have in store for you this year.
The first workshop we’d like to share is Tachok’s Genital Meditation, a new workshop that will be offered for the first time at Summer Evolution 2021, in Strausberg (Berlin) from August 6th till August 9th.
In Tachok’s own words, this is what the workshop is about:
Do you long for more relaxation and less pressure to perform during sex? Or do you just want to feel your arousal and your lust more strongly? Then genital meditation could be exciting for you.
Genital meditation creates an unintentional sensual space beyond the usual sex life. A soft massage enables deep immersion in our sexual energy. It helps you to switch off your thoughts and to get into a lustful state of arousal.
Meditation is usually about calming and collecting the mind through mindfulness and concentration exercises. This is exactly what genital meditation is all about. By touching the genitals, your concentration is directed to yourself and your body, so that you can switch off the mind and sink into a wonderful state of excitement. A very calm and deep space of experience is created.
In practical terms, in genital meditation, the genitals are massaged with a single slow, steady, and very calm movement. It’s not about having an orgasm. The massage is carried out without goal orientation, but with a high level of attention and full acceptance.
The workshop can help you to reduce fears of touch and feelings. It can solve old memories, blockages and experiences, so that you can deal with your genitals more freely, more pleasurably and more naturally. A lot of conditioning can be broken down: You get rid of the shame that is associated with them, the fears that they are not right as they are. You can let go of old expectations associated with performance in this loving, accepting framework in order to experience your own inner lust.
This partner meditation is framed in a ritual that sets a safe framework. We will create a safe container in which everyone feels carried by the group.
Men with or without a penis are welcome.
