What is special about the Winter Eros Retreat?

The Winter Eros Retreat is a very special one… It’s all about your inner peace and connection to community. The men who come here are open and ready for inner growth.

It is a great way to end the old year spiritually, and begin the new year together in your community of gay men. It will last six days with lots of tantric activities, sensuality, inner growth and fun. Winter Eros is also the best New Year’s party you can go to. For most men it is much more rewarding than the big parties in the gay scene.

How is the program created? What activities are planned?

The starting point of your journey at Winter Eros is yourself. That’s why we start with a questionnaire to find out your motivation and your needs – and so that we in the team know which offer to implement and when. We are often asked about this, but we do not publish the exact program beforehand. This also has to do with the fact that we constantly adapt the program depending on the course of the days and the many feedbacks we receive. We used to write a long program every time, and in the end it was always different, sometimes completely different… so we don’t publish our planning anymore.

Once every day we work also in smaller groups, the so-called families. This is a safe ground for everyone for the week of Winter Eros. We start each day with meditations, yoga and bodywork. Then we work in smaller groups on different topics and techniques. In the evenings there are massage rituals, spiritual rituals, working with the senses and in addition, of course, some surprise activities…So every year is different. 

Depending on what is reflected in the group, different things happen. Sometimes we focus on the visions for the next year, sometimes it’s more about the group dynamics. We look at directing your energy in the right direction for you…maybe finding your love or knowing your next step to finding your love.

Who is the Winter Eros Retreat especially for?

What is personal for you and what is significant in connecting with others? If you live alone and are looking for great men, you have the chance to meet many at Winter Eros. This is not in an artificial environment, but a relaxed one with lots of nice, connecting activities. Of course, if you have a partner, you can come together and be inspired by the men. Our team of trainers is communicative, warm, supportive and sexy. 

What is tantric about the Winter Eros Retreat?

We teach basic tantric techniques. Together we learn to build a very slow, attentive and careful approach to your own body and other bodies. We learn new seduction techniques and ways to communicate sensuality and put sensual intentions into practice…

It’s about touching, getting in the mood for sexual exchange with nice men, holding that energy and also feeling the group energy together in spiritual rituals. With the rooms in IKSK we have a nice place in the metropolis – here we create the environment we need. It is mostly a very international experience.

How is the content of the program integrated into Gay Love Spirit?

The Winter Eros Retreat is similar in duration and format to the Summer Eros Retreat. But the orientation of the program is different in winter than in summer. The content of Winter Eros can also be considered a preparation module for the Massage Practitioner Training, just like Zephyr’s Garden or the Art of Erotic Touch.
